Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product, generally made from recycled wood fibres. MDF is generally denser than plywood. It is stronger and much denser than particle board.
We only use highest quality MDF to produce our doors. The main reason why we use MDF is because of its smoothness it’s a great surface for painting, allows for easy cutting of detailed designs, it is durable, resists warping, cracking and splitting and it is unaffected by high-humidity environments.

MDF Door Priming
