Please note that incomplete orders will not be processed. Kindly double-check your order before submitting.

QUOTATIONS

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Once the time is past, the original quote becomes invalid and a new quote will be issued.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon receipt of your order, we will issue you a typed confirmation with 24 hours. Upon your receipt, please check and confirm all information is correct. Only when you confirmed that everything is correct and with receive 50% deposit we will process your order.

CHANGE TO ORDERS

Changes to orders may be made without penalty within 48 hours of order placement. Any changes made thereafter will be subject to additional charges and are not guaranteed to arrive with your original order.

LEAD TIMES

Lead times are established by order basis. Lead time calculations are based on regular business and do not include holidays or weekend.

RUSH ORDERS

When our production schedule permits, we accommodate Rush Orders. Rush or addition orders may be subject to additional charges.

SIZES

Each door sizes specifying product with and height (metric or imperial accepted) to be included with your order. Lignum Mdf Doors does not add or subtract from measurements provided.

SANDING

All prices include sanding at no additional cost. However, it is recommended that you inspect products after any handling and prep accordingly.

SAMPLE DOORS

Sample doors are available upon request from our sales representative or our office.

SHIPPING

Available to shipping options:
– Courier for small quantity shipments. Expedited shipping is available at a premium cost and is the sole responsibility of the customer.
– Customer pick up.

PRICING

MDF prices are based on square footage and vary according to door style, MDF thickness and backing. Additional design elements such as outside edge profiles are available at an extra cost.

PAYMENT

We require 50% deposit before we start processing the order. Remaining 50% payment is due prior to shipment or upon pick-up.

RETURNS

Please inspect goods immediately upon receiving and contact us in case of shortage or damage within 24 hours. Credit or replacement is issued subject to inspection by Lignum Mdf Doors. Goods must be returned in the original condition, finished or altered doors will not be accepted.

WARRANTY

Lignum Mdf Doors products are covered by one-year warranty effective on the date of shipment.This warranty is limited to the original cost of the item as produced by Lignum Mdf Doors and structural damages only.
Alterations to our standard construction void any warranty.

WARPAGE

Central rails are recommended for all panels over 48”.
We recommend using melamine-laminated backs on our MDF doors to keep warping to a minimum.
*Any panels over 48” with no center rail will not be covered under warranty.
